Nedbank is looking for an analytical, dynamic & innovative Client Data Management Consultant/Data Analyst to join the Client Services team in Cape Town

Job Purpose

The core purpose of this role is to collect, manage and maintain valid, accurate, and complete client data to support various business and strategic objectives.

A successful candidate would also be required to develop reporting dashboards to draw insights and accelerate the processes of data analysis and reporting of client data.

Note:

Minimum Experience

• 2+ years of data management and analysis experience in an Asset Management environment

Essential Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

OR

• National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/ Information systems or equivalent professional qualification

Job Responsibilities

• Non-negotiable: Utilisation of Power BI and other dashboard technologies to streamline reporting
• Ensure reports/dashboards are produced timeously
• Proactive detection and identify issues and reporting thereof to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage and report monthly on the progress, cost, and benefits of client data maintenance.
• Implement and manage various client data maintenance campaigns.
• Enhance the integrity and completeness of data to support business objectives.
• Ensure that client data integrity (i.e., accuracy and relevance) is achieved.
• Effectively and efficiently communicate with clients.
• Management and implementation of the client data maintenance strategy with various stakeholders in the business.
• Ongoing review (including audit) and reporting status of the client database.
• Propose, implement, or enhance relevant processes and systems to the business.
• Implement, manage, and reporting of unclaimed benefits.
• Provide feedback on progress to various monthly committees
• Comply with regulations with regards to client details information.
• Manage and mitigate risk.
• Sharing information and encouraging participation in decision-making processes.
• Stay abreast in the field of expertise and deliver on the expectations from stakeholders.
