Job Description

The purpose of the role is to assist Renewals Colleagues in the small segment with quoting, basic administration duties, and call-out campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Check renewals opportunities and quoting required
• Call out campaigns to existing renewal customers
• Creating quotes on the required quoting system
• Email queries to address and respond
• Follow up with customers to confirm receipt of quotes
• Phoning customers to confirm quotes and receipts of query resolution
• Accurately completing actions on the necessary CRM systems

Qualifications required

• Bachelor’s degree/ National Diploma in Accounting/Marketing/ related (NQF 7)
