Job Description
The purpose of the role is to assist Renewals Colleagues in the small segment with quoting, basic administration duties, and call-out campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Check renewals opportunities and quoting required
- Call out campaigns to existing renewal customers
- Creating quotes on the required quoting system
- Email queries to address and respond
- Follow up with customers to confirm receipt of quotes
- Phoning customers to confirm quotes and receipts of query resolution
- Accurately completing actions on the necessary CRM systems
Qualifications required
- Bachelor’s degree/ National Diploma in Accounting/Marketing/ related (NQF 7)
